This movie triggered in me an interest towards open access to knowledge and raised few serious questions which I had never thought before. Why should people pay again to access publicly funded research? Should we move beyond Right to Information to Right to Free and Compulsory Information? Wouldn't it cost less to implement Right to free and Compulsory Information than appointing full time Information officers?
